Flirt! Magazine is a publication for lesbians who demand sexy adult writing and imagery addressing contemporary issues and concerns in an unapologetic way.
Flirt! is independently produced; we have no major backers supporting us and the magazine's production has been made possible through the private funding of the editorial team, the generosity of our contributors and the initial subscriptions of our readers. It has proved impossible to rely on advertising in the way we would have hoped in as much as the content of our teaser issue has put off some of the more traditional lesbian and women's advertisers who fear that Flirt! may prove too controversial. we feel that it is our responsibility to keep the magazine as independent as possible and not to bow to the pressure of external organisations to restrict out editorial content.
