Tim was the inspiration behind the protest march to No 10 Downing Street to complain to the Prime Minister about the Sex Maniac's Ball being stopped by the police in 1996. He has chaired the Sexual Freedom Coalition for three years, helped draft the Sexual Freedom Bill, produce the campaign newspaper, Consenting Adults, organised three parades through London, entered dialogue with the Home Office and BBFC, and achieved much media coverage.
