Founded by Emma Cheevers and Alexandra Suhner, who met while reading for Masters in Fashion at Central Saint Martin's College of Art and Design, State of Undress has gone from strength to strength since its launch in 2002.

Inspired by vintage pin up posters and 1940's film star glamour, State of Undress's nostalgic panty and camisole silhoutettes are charmingly accented with satin ribbon ties, peek-a-boo bows, chastity-style locks and flirty handkerchief knots. The lingerie range is complemented by co-ordinating reversible kimono robes, tops, eyemasks and bras.
