Christine Moon: BA(hons) PGCE RDth : teacher, healer, Dramatherapist, queer activist, Poet, Stand-Up Comedian, Cabaret Artiste.
Christine is an experienced Teacher, Dramatherapist and Community Arts worker, currently performing as Stand - Up Comedienne on the comedy circuit. Her material, like her facilitation work, seeks to promote human sexual diversity and positive images of women as the strong, empowered, omni-gendered goddesses we truly are!
Christine has survived anorexia, medical pathology and growing up in a small heterosexist northern town! She has emerged to provoke, entice and encourage a world in which all forms of gender diversity, physical variance and respectful, consensual pleasures can be honoured and enjoyed.
With disabled artist and activist, Becky Virgo, she works to promote Creato!vate, an inclusive, disability-friendly Arts initiative, and has invented the term DIVERSABILITY which encapsulates our approach to human dis-ability, vulner-ability, strength, talent and the courage to be visibly unique.
