Mikey Argy
Mikey became a winner in last year's Erotic Awards and has since accepted our invitation join the judges and also become Outsiders' Spokesperson. Mikey became famous for her campaigning for financial compensation to be paid to people affected by Thalidomide and is becoming a delightful force in our team. www.stoptears.org

Jaime Bautista 
Colombian self-taught artist, has been working and developing his art projects with able and disabled people, children and adults, alcoholic and drug abusers, ex-prisoners, people who suffer from mental illness, refugees, elderly people and homeless and socially disadvantaged people in general. He has lectured on his work and has held exhibitions in museums and galleries in South America and England; as well he has curated innumerable art shows over the last twenty years in the UK.

Rachel Rogers
Rachel was editor of Forum before it folded, and is now a trainee sex therapist and an assistant at Sh! Women’s Emporium. Rachel volunteers with Outsiders. She founded Fannying Around, a women’s support group to discuss all that is good, bad and interesting about the vagina.

Lara Clifton
After changing the face of Hoxton striptease in 90's, Lara started the first, most fashionable and successful burlesque nights, Whooppee. Whooppee was given Arts Council funding to appear at the Edinburgh Festival and was copied around the world. Lara is now turning to pastures new and has agreed to join our Grand Jury.

Tulloch Kempe (Chair and Stage Manager)
Tulloch trained at St Martins School of Art and worked in design consultancy and event production, organising his own events. He then became Executive Director of a mental health charity in Camden. Tulloch now manages a number of community projects for a branch of Age Concern as well as running his own eclectic consultancy –
Idea Consultancy.

She has worked with the stars: Matthew Barney, Ron Athey, Revisions of Excess and at The Box. Annie Player

Ashley Savage
A photographer whose portfolio has been described as “a celebration of otherness” by virtue of its exploration of issues such as gender, sexuality, disability, body modification and contemporary fetishism. Ashley has photographed our events since 1998 and is now in his third year as a judge. As a trained counsellor, he is especially interested in the therapeutic use of photography and is currently focusing on several projects: one, entitled, “Bodies of Difference” aimed at challenging perceptions of disability and sexuality, whilst another project, “Cancer Sucks” documents performance artist, Tutu, and her fight to overcome breast cancer.

Ceri Wade
Ceri Wade is Leeds University-trained event manager, and a folk music agent, handling The Imagined Village, Lau, Karine Polwart, Jon Boden, The Remnant Kings and many others. Her work in event production includes her own events, Arcadia, and festivals such as Glastonbury, Boomtown and Secret Garden Party. Ceri came to us to help in 2011 and has now become principle advisor to Tuppy. She has already had a huge influence to make our events more widely know and run more smoothly.
